That was your first big decision: you decided to apply to the University of Edinburgh, without any certainty of being selected. And you did the right thing. You have just received an email telling you that you are taken! Wonderful! The probability of being selected was low, but your intuitions and your lateral thinking method guided you well. Without waiting, you continue to collect information on the city, to know it better. In particular, you take a closer look at accommodation. You realize that the cost of living is quite expensive and that many students often choose to share a room. A high cost of living can become a real problem!
The constraints of co leasing
You decide to choose co-location for your accommodation in Edinburgh. The advantages of co housing are undeniable: the cost of accommodation is shared, it is much more pleasant to live with people of your own age, you will not be isolated, you can share experiences with people from other countries, etc. And always faithful to your working method, you want to have a complete vision of the subject before deciding more serenely. In this case, you want to be sure that it is the right choice compared to other forms of accommodation (renting on your own, university residence, room at the inhabitant's, etc.).  So you decide to list the constraints of sharing.
Q1. What are the constraints of co renting? How can co renting limit your ability to keep up with your student year? *
