California Mentoring Partnership Short Survey
The California Mentoring Partnership (CMP) is working to determine what the funding landscape looks like for mentoring in California. This in turn will help to steer our advocacy and strategic partnership efforts. We are reaching out to Leaders from the field (you) to complete a brief survey and provide some basic information on how your mentoring efforts are supported by the public and private sector.

The information you share in this survey will be kept 100% confidential. CMP will not contact a known supporter of your program, for any reason, without your willing collaboration. CMP holds strictly to a non-compete policy, wherein we strive to encourage new giving, never to take away from funding and support for direct services and localities.
