We need help in all aspects of this event! From guiding attendees to turn off their cell phones and introducing the presenters to helping a workshop leader and teacher to hand out tools. We need help in our ASD Store and at the evening events!
We will be delighted to work with your schedule! Accepting volunteers for 3 hours, for evening shifts or full days! Come help us make an impact!
There are two work programs for the conference: volunteers and work-exchange.
Volunteers
As a volunteer, you'll work as much or as little as you want during the conference, and we'll do our best to accommodate your preferences regarding the type of work you'd like to do.
Work-Exchange
18 hours = Free Conference ((all presentations - workshops must be paid for separately). at $450 value.
By taking part in the work-exchange program, you'll be able to have your work applied to the cost of the conference. You'll also be required to provide a credit card number or check prior to the event. If you work less then 18 hours, your cost for the convention will be pro-rated based on the amount of hours you worked. (you will be notified before any charges are made)
Volunteer Schedules / Speakers & Workshops
If there's a particular speaker you'd like to hear or workshop you want to attend, we may be able to accommodate you. ASD members will receive priority in custom scheduling. Please review the volunteer job descriptions and consider what work you might like to do.
