Sponsorship Levels Description:
Jack-o-Lantern ($400) : Logo/link on the Damariscotta Pumpkinfest website and your company’s name in the September Lincoln County News (LCN) “Pumpkinfest Special” insert and in the November LCN “Thank You” ad.

Great Pumpkin ($650): All of the above, plus a decorated Atlantic Giant Pumpkin* (if available) placed on Main Street in Damariscotta/Newcastle for the duration of the festival.

Maxima ($1,000):  All of the above, plus a naming opportunity within the festival.

First Mate ($1,500): All of the above, plus a banner and business will be linked on the festival’s social media pages.

Admiral ($2,500 and up): All of the above, plus named major event sponsor of the Official GPC Weigh-off, the Volunteer Growers’ Weigh-off, the Pumpkinboat Regatta, the Pumpkinfest Parade, or Transportation.

*Assignment of Atlantic Giant Pumpkins on Main Street is subject to pumpkin availability, deployment logistics, etc. Pumpkins and their locations are not guaranteed, but we will endeavor to provide pumpkins to sponsors as we are able. The festival typically matches skilled artists to all festival pumpkins; if your business is assigned a pumpkin and prefers to use an in-house artist, please provide contact information below.
