Alumni and current Sacred Heart Students who require a copy of their transcripts are asked to complete the following form. All requests will be processed within a week. Transcripts are typically mailed on the Friday after the request is made.
Please note the following:
There is $10.00 fee for transcripts which must be paid prior to transcripts being processed.
If there is an outstanding balance of tuition, transcripts will not be mailed or processed until the balance is paid in
Current Seniors: upon completion of your last academic school year, transcripts will be mailed to the colleges
or armed forces that you will be attending after graduation. Seniors do not need to request transcripts for this
process to occur. However, if a student has a outstanding balance, transcripts will be held until balance is paid in full.
