Registration Fee:
$30 -- $20 for siblings -- T shirts included
-- We will accept cash payments the day camp begins, but it will not guarantee a t-shirt. Fee must be paid by the May 8th deadline to guarantee a t-shirt.

Deadline: May 8th, 2024 – This is to guarantee a shirt. Walk ups will be accepted but a shirt cannot be guaranteed.

What to bring?
Cleats/gym shoes (no metal cleats), water bottle, and a positive attitude!

Why attend camp?
Receive coaching from our high school coaching staff and student-athletes. Learn the fundamentals that are taught to the players at the high school and get a head start for your fall season.

Liability
I hereby release and fully discharge the United Township School District #30, its agents, employees, and coaches as well as Junior Panther Football from any and all liability from injuries resulting from my son/daughter participating in the Panther football youth camp. I, the undersigned have read this release form and understand all iters terms. I have executed it voluntarily and with knowledge of its significance.
