MWL x Totes4Kids May Project: DIY Stickers

For this month's project we are excited to announce that we are collaborating with Totes4Kids which is a club at UCI that provides children with access to personalized tote bags, essential supplies, and notes of encouragement. We are going to be making DIY stickers and cards to put in tote bags for children fromĀ Olive Crest,Ā which is aĀ foster care home in Southern California.

Please note, our RSVP form will be accepted on a first-come-first-serve basis,Ā but official PAID members who RSVP'd will have priority in receiving supplies at the event.

MEMBERSHIP DISCLAIMER

Everyone is welcomed to RSVP for our May Project. However, membership perks will be applied for official MWL PAID members. Our quarterly fee will be $10! Or $25 for all three quarters! If you are unsure of your membership status, please contact us and we will check.

āœØOfficial PAID members will have PRIORITY to RSVP for our events.Ā 

āœØOfficial UNPAID club members can still come participate in our craft service projects, but materials will not be guaranteed. Official PAID club members do not have to bring their own supplies to our crafting events, but they are encouraged to!

āœØ Please note that materials may be limited in quantity so we will only be able to accommodate a certain amount of members. However, we would greatly appreciate if the use of supplies you already have at home to make your own crafts and donate! If you would like to donate your own supplies, please email us!

MONTHLY PROJECT AGENDA
āœØ Please arrive byĀ 6:50 PMĀ or earlierĀ to sign in atĀ the gray metal tables behind PSCB.

āœØ Depending on our members' arrival, we will begin latest atĀ 7 PMĀ and lead a tutorial for the project. The tutorials will also be linked in this sign-up form and on our website for everyone to follow at their own pace.

āœØ Members will complete the project within the one-hour session and return the finished craft to the Project Coordinators (Heather and Vanessa).

āœØĀ If you need more time to complete the craft, our meeting room will be open untilĀ 8 PM. However, if the craft is more intricate or time-consuming than expected, a second crafting session could possibly be held. We may open the option for members to take home the craft and then arrange a drop-off with the board of Made with Love.Ā Ā 

āœØ Feel free to leave when you are done with your craft but please remember to RETURN the finished CRAFT and any borrowed SUPPLIES.Ā 

For this project,Ā ALL members please return your tote bag filled with DIY stickers and a card, scissors, colored pencils/pens/markers and roll of tapeĀ to our board members before you leave!
