2) By filling out this application, you are agreeing to all Market Rules. If accepted, a reminder of these rules will be sent. Adherence of the Rules is mandatory for participation in the Market.
3) If you have eligible products, it is required by the NWS Farmers Market that you accept SNAP tokens (SNAP is the Supplemental Nutrition Assistance Program, formally Food Stamps). Benefits empower recipients to be able to make food decisions for their families, and we want to support their choices at the Farmers Market. It's added income to the vendor, and a valuable program for the consumer. Failure to participate may affect your placement in the market. 4) Vendor deposits are due June 1st. Deposits will be returned at the end of the season (October 2019) to vendors that attend every week of the market. Weekly absences due to vacation, sickness or other extenuating circumstances will not count against the vendor, provided the absence is communicated to the Market Manager in advance of the weekly market.
