Here’s what we’re looking for:

*Homeowners in need of a cosmetic home renovation ranging from 3-4 spaces 
*Renovations will focus on kitchens, bathrooms, living areas, main bedrooms, and a bonus space
*Homeowners must be willing and able to vacate during the remodel (10 weeks).
*Appliances are not included in the scope of the budget and one bathroom is allowed per story
