2023-2024 Field Trip Permission Form
During the course of the school year we typically offer each arts area up to three out of the classroom field trip experiences.
Field trip days are considered school days and attendance is required! Students not in attendance without a valid reason will have an unexcused absence.
The anticipated cost for these experiences in $60.00 per student.
We are not collecting payment at this time and are just collecting the permission slip component of the form. Teachers facilitating field trips will let you know if and when we will be accepting payment for any field trips that may occur.
