1. Please fill out the entire form completely. Your submission won't be actually added until you completely fill out the form, allowing you to be added into the queue. Once I receive your submission, I will be sending you an email confirming the entry as well as gaining info about invoices and anything relating to the commission itself.
2. No NSFW.
3. Treat this like a business transaction please. If you have any concerns about how far I've gotten or if I've forgotten your commission all together, feel free to shoot me an email or message on twitter/DA.
4. Keep an eye on your email and the trello page for any updates on your commission.
