Quest for Independence Camper Application 
Quest for Independence is a weeklong overnight camp hosted by Ocean State Center for Independent Living (OSCIL). During the week campers will work on Independent Living Skills through workshops and recreational activities. 

Quest for Independence is a free opportunity for all eligible campers, if campers have an open and active case with the Office of Rehabilitation Services (ORS), ORS may provide sponsorship towards camp fees. 

Space is limited and all applicants will be interviewed and approved or denied based on eligibility requirements and space availability. 

Camp Canonicus

Monday August 5th - Friday August 9th 
Drop off Monday August 5th: 10:30 am 
Pick up Friday August 9th: 12:00 pm 
*Campers must be dropped off and picked up by their parent or guardian.
