Wheaton Wolverine Boys Blue Team Application
This form is required for all players who wish to be considered for the Wheaton Wolverines BOYS BLUE TEAMS only.   

The Wheaton Wolverines boys spring program is simultaneously one of the most competitive programs in the state and a perfect home for first-time players due to our multiple levels of play for all ages (U8-U14).

  • BLUE TEAMS are for advanced, experienced players.  Their season will begin in March and involve two registrations: 1) preseason (through League Apps); and 2) regular season (through Wheaton Park District).  As the IYLL calendar moved back earlier and other programs start their training in February, we need to make preseason training mandatory to ensure that we continue to play our best and stay in the hunt for a state championship at all levels!

  • ORANGE TEAMS are for players of all skill and experience, and will begin in April.  Orange teams only require a single registration through the park district.  Orange players who wish to get additional training are also encouraged but not required to register for preseason training.  

Illinois Youth Lacrosse League - All teams will compete in the Illinois Youth Lacrosse League against teams of the same skill level.  For more on the IYLL, please head to https://teamillinoislax.com/il-youth-lacrosse-league/
