Please read the following guidelines carefully, as they are intended to ensure you the smoothest and safest experience.

1. The earlier you reserve, the better we'll be able to serve you. Please reserve a minimum of two days in advance.
2. Please be aware that the bike racks and rooftop carriers are universal and fit most vehicles, however they are not compatible to all.
3. Items can be borrowed for up to 10 days and must be returned on the date agreed upon.
4. A refundable deposit is required- $25 for the bike racks and rooftop carriers, $75 for the Yoyo travel stroller.
5. Please treat the items you borrow with care (IY'H many more people will be using them after you!).
They must be returned in the same condition as when you got them.
6. NOTE: we will assist you to install the car accessories correctly and safely.
However- we take no responsibility for any flaws or damage related to the borrowed items. It is the borrower's sole responsibility to ensure it is installed securely and that it is safe to travel.
