Welcome to table. by iMADE 

table. is iMADE’s newest project, focused on celebrating anything that belongs on a table. We want to connect the consumer to the humans behind all the things that make out supper tables special. All local and Canadian.

We are curating a mix of local food vendors, chefs, wineries, distilleries, breweries, and farms/farmers alongside artisans who create pottery, linens, wooden bowls, cutting boards, florals, and décor. If it’s something you would find on or around a supper table, this is where you belong.

Our goal is to bring together food, farms, drink, and design into one community-driven event that highlights the best of local makers and creators along with some education.

Hosted by iMADE at the stunningly beautiful Pipe Shop in North Vancouver, BC

Spring date: May 2, 2026
Fall date: October 3rd (not secured yet by venue, we will know by Feb 2026)

Open to the public from 12pm - 7pm

Set-up/Load-in: 9:30am - 11:30am  - vendors must be ready to operate for 12pm
Load-out: 7:30pm

Please note these important details:
  • vendors are responsible for their own setup - tables/chairs - the event won't supply these.
  • all participants must use a black table cloth.
  • fees are non-refundable. 
  • payment secures your spot(s) if you are accepted as a vendor. We don't hold spaces.
  • the event is indoors.
  • day insurance, food safe, serving docs and food approval with VCH is required to sample. 
  • parking is unique to the area - plan accordingly - arriving early helps with parking.
  • TABLE staff are setting up from 9am - 9:30am with no access for vendors during this time.
  • marketing and details will follow confirmation and payment. Floorplan is sent the week of the event.

iMADE 'TABLE' EVENT 2026 – Vendor Terms & Conditions
By applying to participate and submitting payment, the Vendor agrees to the following terms: 

Eligibility
  • iMADE does not accept MLM or cannabis-related businesses (including hemp products).
  • Vendors are responsible for ensuring their products comply with all applicable Vancouver Coastal Health and Health Canada regulations.
Vendor Space & Fees
  • Vendor spaces will vary in size and are assigned at the discretion of iMADE.
  • All spaces are curated; vendors may not share, transfer, or resell their space.
  • Vendor fees are due within 14 days of acceptance via e-transfer or Stripe.
  • All fees are non-refundable and non-transferable. Please consider this before applying.
  • If the event is cancelled due to Provincial Health Orders, Vendors will receive a 50% credit toward a future event.
  • iMADE is not liable for cancellations caused by force majeure, including pandemics, natural disasters, acts of God, war, riots, or other circumstances beyond iMADE’s control.
  • Vendors selling alcohol can sell 'closed sales' and sample with VCH approval. You must optain a liquor license yourself.
Vendor Responsibilities
  • Vendors must provide valid liability insurance, permits, licenses, and Food Safe certification (where applicable).
  • Vendors are responsible for their own sales tax collection, POS systems, signage, floats, and Vancouver Coastal Health compliance.
  • Vendors must remain open for the full duration of the event and may not depart early.
  • Vendors must fully clean their space. Failure to do so may result in a $500 clean-up fee and possible exclusion from future events.
Promotion & Media Use
  • Vendors are expected to promote their participation along with images provided from iMADE 'table'.
  • iMADE may contact vendors to be interviewed prior to event for content as a feature.
  • iMADE reserves the right to use vendor names, photos, likenesses, and booth images for event marketing.
Conduct & Compliance
  • Vendors must comply with all orders from Vancouver Coastal Health and government authorities.
  • Harassment, defamation, or slander of iMADE, its owner, staff, or fellow vendors will result in immediate removal, a permanent ban, and possible legal action. Liability & Indemnification
  • Vendors are fully responsible for their products, conduct, and booth setup.
  • Vendors agree to indemnify and hold harmless iMADE Agency, iMADE Events, and Danielle MacPherson against any claims, damages, or expenses arising from their participation.
  • iMADE is not responsible for lost income, theft, or damages of any kind.
