Vendor Application for the Sassy Little Wedding Showcase (Next showcase date TBD, November 4, 2018 @ Parq West has been postponed)
Thank you for your interest in the upcoming Sassy Little Wedding Showcase! Please fill out the information requested below to apply for a vendor space at our next event. We will reach out to you once the vendor selection process has concluded.

--Catering and bar are being provided in-house for the November 4th showcase. No food or beverage vendor applications will be accepted.

--Priority is given to local and individually owned/operated businesses. No multi-level marketing vendor applications will be accepted.

--A maximum of three vendors per category of services provided will be accepted to exhibit for this event.

--Vendor booths are $500 each. Booth fees are used to cover the costs of showcase expenses, which are plentiful, and the Nov 4th Showcase will have free pre-registration admission for all attendees.

--Perishable product vendors (desserts, florals) and officiants are eligible for discounted booth fees.

--If your application is approved, you will be notified via email and will have 14 business days to pay your booth deposit of $250 via check, cash, MasterCard, or Visa. The remaining balance of $250 will be due no later than 21 days prior to the event.

Our showcase vendors are expected to stand confidently behind their pricing and fees for the high quality services they provide. Showcase vendors are therefore not permitted to offer discounts or booking incentives to showcase attendees simply for attending. Do you agree to this vendor vow? *
Our showcase vendors are expected to use electronic communication methods professionally and respectfully, therefore showcase vendors agree to never add people from the attendee list to automated email lists, or texts, or anything they would otherwise need to unsubscribe or opt out of.
