For its 9th edition, the Web à Québec (WAQ) is recruiting more than 65 conference speakers from all over the world.

If you’re an expert in one of the following fields: COMMUNICATION, MARKETING, WEB PROGRAMMING, DESIGN or INNOVATION, and wish to share your knowledge during the biggest digital francophone event in North America, then you may be what we’re looking for!

The estimated time to complete this form is of approximately 10 minutes, so before you start make sure to :
- prepare a short paragraph summarizing your presentation and explaining how you have linked it to one of the selected themes;
- prepare a 1-3 minute video presenting your topic (or simply sharing one of your already existing conference videos);

Note that we encourage "case study" presentations where you share the challenges you have faced and the ways in which you overcame them. Once again, sales pitches are STRICTLY FORBIDDEN.

The WAQ will take place from April 9-11, 2019. Today, we are gathering proposals and therefore want to know your interest in giving a 45-minute presentation (the last 5 minutes are set aside for participants' questions) in your field of expertise.

For the time being, we want to focus on your interest, your conference topic and your personal profile. This form is thus aimed at facilitating the programming committee’s evaluation process. Please take the time to complete the required fields with as much information and precision as possible.

If you have more than one conference proposal, we invite you to complete one form per proposal. You may, however, skip the identification process on the secondary proposals, entering only your full name so we can identify you.

The programming committee will evaluate all candidates. Choices will be made based on the relevance and the quality of the proposals. You can consult the selection criteria by clicking on the following link:

Due to the important number of submitted proposals, we apologize in advance for not being able to detail the reasons behind each refusal.
