Parties are booked on a first come, first served basis; only one party may be booked at a time, no exceptions. This form is considered a request until your date is confirmed. All parties must be reserved at least 1 week prior to the event. Submitting this form is considered a request until confirmed.

Note: Parties may be no longer than three (3) hours, and must take place between 11:30 AM and 8:30 PM.  A minimum of 30 minutes is needed between back to back parties using the same location.

New Policies for 2025 
The Grill party area is limited to parties of 25 total people. The space on that side of the pool is limited and the party cannot extend into the snack bar area, or block snack bar access. 

The Grill area is not available for reservation during Rafternoon and/or Dolphin Diner dates. Please see below for unavailable dates.

Non-Member Guest Policy
How many non-members will attend and need guest passes (maximum number of non-members is 25)?  

Reminder: You must have sufficient guest credits in your MemberSplash account. We recommend purchasing needed passes shortly before the party starts.

Swim Safe Rules
I have read the Pool's Swim Safety rules and understand that they apply during parties.

Particularly, "Children seven (7) years of age or under who are not certified as swim safe may use the main pool only if accompanied in the water by an adult. The adult must be actively supervising the child(ren) and be close enough to assist the child (within arm's reach)."
