Parent Technology Ticket Submission Form
The purpose of this form is for parents to notify the ISD109 Technology Department when there are breaks or problems with Chromebooks, Google Classroom or other E-Learning programs. Tickets will be addressed in the order that they are received. An Employee of ISD109 will contact you to walk you through some troubleshooting steps to try and resolve the issue.
