課程內容 Class Description
第二課適合希望對練切和菓子有更深入了解的同學。 課程著重教授如何由白豆和紅豆為原材料開始,製作豆蓉,再做練切外皮。造型方面,會教授更多不同技巧。

*學費已包括材料及課堂上會借用所有工具。

Lesson 2 suitable for students who want to have a better understanding of Nerikiri. The class will start with teaching how to make Nerikiri from scratch, i.e. use dried white and red beans to make the paste and then turn it into Nerikiri. Moreover, more advanced shaping techniques will also be introduced.

*All tools and materials to be used in the classroom are provided.​
