This is a YTT course requirement. You are expected to fulfill 2 asana (physical exercise) based classes per day; Monday - Friday, for the duration of the course.

Ways to Prepare for the Immersion
• You should be practicing at least 3-4 times weekly (preferably at Excelsior Yoga as often as possible).
• Most of us do not get enough sleep. During rest, the body and mind have a chance to regenerate. Commit to getting 8 to 9
   hours of sleep each night.
• Always drink lots of pure filtered water; that's NOT flavored, fluoridated, or chlorinated.
•  Eat a healthy diet rich in whole foods, grains, vegetables, and fruit, and reduce or eliminate red meat, processed foods and
   alcohol.
• Examine your current and upcoming responsibilities to clear your schedule of foreseeable activities, commitments and
  distractions.
•  Full attention should be devoted to training/ studies; the program will take  40 hours a week to complete..
