This request will be reviewed by the Trustees for approval and by the church office for availability of FMC space(s). You will receive an email once approval has been granted, or if issues/scheduling conflicts are identified.

Reminder: per the FMC Covid-19 Plan (https://www.indymenno.org/wp-content/uploads/2021/08/FMC-Covid-19-Plan.pdf), an approved and cleared request is required for use of indoor facilities.
