• To confirm your reservation, please submit your booking request and complete the payment by the end of business hours on the day before your intended use.
• After submitting your request, we will send you a confirmation message.
• If we do not receive a response within 3 days, the request will be automatically canceled.
• If you do not hear from us, please check that your email address was entered correctly and review your spam or junk mail folder, as our message may have been filtered.
• Please also ensure that you personally verify that your driver’s license is valid for use in Japan.

※営業時間外にいただいたご連絡・リクエストにつきましては、翌日以降に順次対応いたします。

• ご予約をご希望の場合は、ご利用日前日までの営業時間内に予約リクエストをお送りいただき、あわせてお支払いを完了することで予約確定となります。
• リクエスト送信後、確認のご連絡を差し上げます。
• その後、3日間お返事がない場合は、誠に勝手ながらリクエストを取り消しとさせていただきます。
• また、こちらからの連絡が届かない場合は、メールアドレスの誤入力、または迷惑メールフォルダに振り分けられている可能性がございますので、併せてご確認をお願いいたします。
• 日本で有効な運転免許証であるかどうか、お客様ご自身で必ずご確認ください。
