Each year Paddle Cymru uses this survey to help gauge demand for new providers joining our workforce.
We use the results of this along with known shortages in the workforce to determine if an application and orientation process will be opened up each year.
This form is intended to understand the demand for orientation events for all BCAB Leadership awards only. There are two further forms for Instructor and Coach Award Tutors and For Safety & Navigation Award Tutors
This is the start of the process for Leader award Tutors, we will use information from this survey to set up the application process depending on demand.
Please select any course for which you would like to become a Tutor. Include any roles about which you have already emailed us.
