The target audience can be small, between 10-20 people. Or larger, it's up to you! Average allocation for each small event is around $50 and $60. Examples, but not limited to these, are: - Floor/Entryway events to bring your neighbors together like in the past. - Watch a special TV show/game (like Oscar's, FIFA World Cup Final, SuperBowl, etc) - Bring together a small community (Asians, Christians, Muslims, Latinos, etc). - Anything you want! (as long as it is not for private purposes like birthdays)

    Rules and guidelines

    1. Events always have to be open to all Westgate residents, even if the target is a small group. WEC can help you opening registration if you need to limit attendance. 2. Post-event report for approval of reimbursement: one line along with a group picture and a provided sign-in sheet is enough. 3. If the sum of all budget requests exceeds the size of the fund, WEC will bring the list of the best ideas to a vote in the next TownHall meeting. Otherwise, WEC will vote allocate the funds directly. 4. Average allocations for the REF fund will be around $50-60 for small events targeting less than 20 people. Ideas for larger events or larger budgets are welcome and will be forwarded separately to WEC for evaluation/approval.
