This is a form for giving feedback on any SKL member, especially leaders. This could be if you had a particularly good platoon leader, received help from an SKL member, or in any other way felt like one of our own deserves a commendation. It could also be if you had a negative experience with someone who acted immaturely or in any way made you feel unwelcome in SKL.

While this form may be consulted to help with promotions, it won't decide them, so no use in faking positive feedback. Similarly, it won't be grounds for a demotion or kick from the outfit, so don't fake negative feedback either.

We encourage people to give their identities when giving feedback, to help us verify the validity of any claims made and so we can get in touch for more details. That being said, if the options for you are to either give feedback anonymously or not give feedback at all, please give feedback anonymously.
