Rules/Regulations:
Clean-Up Responsibility:
Vendors participating in the courtyard sale organized by 100 Kellogg Lane/Courtyard Events General Partnership are required to clean up after themselves and remove all garbage generated by their booth or space. This includes any packaging materials, leftover items, or trash.
Prohibition of Outside Alcohol:
Vendors are strictly prohibited from bringing outside alcohol onto the premises. Consumption of alcohol is only allowed in licensed areas (our on-site restaurants). Violation of this rule may result in immediate expulsion from the event.Respectful Conduct:
Vendors are expected to conduct themselves in a respectful manner towards other vendors, attendees, and the event space. Any form of harassment, discrimination, or disruptive behavior will not be tolerated and may result in expulsion from the event.Space Utilization:
Vendors must respect the designated space allocated to them by event organizers. They should refrain from encroaching on neighboring vendor spaces or obstructing walkways and common areas. Any special requirements regarding space allocation must be communicated to and approved by event organizers prior to the event.Compliance with Laws and Regulations:
Vendors are responsible for complying with all applicable laws, regulations, and permits related to their merchandise, operations, and conduct during this event. Any violations may result in legal action and expulsion from future events.Enjoyment of the Event:
While participating in this event, vendors are encouraged to have fun and engage with the community!
Cooperation with Event Organizers:
Vendors are expected to cooperate with event organizers and follow their instructions throughout the duration of the event. Any concerns or issues should be addressed promptly and respectfully to ensure the smooth operation of the event.
