Guidelines for Presentation Submission
Please ensure you meet the following requirements before submitting your proposal:
Membership Requirements
: The lead presenter (1st presenter) must be a member of the association. Co-presenters (2nd presenter and onwards) are not required to hold a membership.
Presentation Limit (Lead)
: An individual may submit only one proposal as the lead presenter.
Total Participation Limit
: An individual may be listed as a presenter (including co-presenter) on a maximum of two presentations. Involvement in three or more presentations is not permitted.
Asynchronous Online Presentations
: Presenters must upload their video to a platform such as YouTube (unlisted) or Google Drive and provide the link to the organizing committee by October 3, 2026. Instructions on how to submit the link will be provided at a later date.
Scope and Commercial Content
: Presentations that are outside the conference scope or intended for commercial/promotional purposes will not be accepted.

In-person Presentation (20 min + 5 min Q&A): A traditional live presentation delivered at the venue.
Asynchronous Online Presentation (20 min / No Q&A): Presenters will provide a pre-recorded video, which will be accessible to participants on the conference website.
For asynchronous presentations, presenters must upload their video to a hosting service (e.g., YouTube, Google Drive) and provide the URL. Do you agree to manage your own video link and submit it by the deadline (3rd October, 2026)?
