You may sign up for more than one duty. Team Guides, Station Assistants, Test Runners and Test Graders will be on-site until at least 4:00pm. Those staying to clean up will remain a bit longer.
Set Up - Monday before event (tents, tables, etc.)
Parking - on-site at 7:45am Tuesday to guide vehicles to a safe parking space
Video and Photos - on-site at 8:00am to take team photos
Guiding Teams - on-site at 8:15 Tuesday and stay with one group ALL DAY
Station Assistant - stay at one station ALL DAY and assist resource officer
Lunch - on-site at 11:30am Tuesday to set up, serve, and clean up
Test Graders for Middle school - on-site at 11:30am Tuesday
Test Graders for High School - on-site at 11:30am Tuesday
Runner - on-site at noon Tuesday and gather tests from each station
Clean Up - on-site at 3:30pm to help clean up from all day event
