The PaperCut Signup 2020-2021
The PaperCut newspaper has been present amongst Marianopolites for over 40 years. Our purpose is to bring back the tradition of the newspaper while moving forwards with our vision and that of past executives. We aim to provide a safe and creative platform for student expression and hope to grow the PaperCut''s readership this year.

If you would like to participate in rebuilding this club and take part in a dedicated team while holding the position of "writer" or "digital artist" please fill in the following form and select one of the roles beneath. The club executives will try to get back to you as soon as possible.

As for information regarding the positions:

Work on writing and collaborating with other members in order to issue an article, paper, or any other form of literature to communicate information on a topic of interest. (note topics must be approved by the managing editor)

Digital Artist:
Creating artwork for the articles, papercut issues. Other duties include adverts, posters, logos as well as website design. (note the position does not entail working on all the duties mentioned above, but only pertains to certain sections decided by the digital artist)

The possibility to take part in a creative outlet that allows members to communicate their interest or voice their concerns on issues they feel important, be it through writing or art. Staff will also be able to hold a position such as writer or digital artist and gain opportunities to demonstrate leadership qualities and involvement within the student body in one of the oldest clubs of marianopolis holding a rich heritage. In other words, this would look great on a cv ;)
