Unboxing Video Required for Any Claim: All damage or defect-related claims must be clearly shown in the unboxing video. The video must begin before the package is opened and continue without any cuts, edits, or alterations. Any claim supported by a manipulated or edited video (e.g., added footage or changed timestamps) will be rejected.
No unboxing video means no refund or replacement.
Time Frame for Claim: Any claim for damage or defect must be raised within 2 days of receiving the parcel. Claims made after 2 days will not be accepted under any circumstance.
Courier & Shipping Disclaimers: We are not responsible for any delay, damage, or loss caused by third-party courier services. India Post shipments are not insured — no refund or replacement will be provided if such parcels are lost or damaged. For DTDC, Amazon Shipping, and similar services, courier insurance claims will only be processed if a proper unboxing video is provided.
Manufacturing Defect Policy: 60% refund on print cost if the product is returned unused and in its original condition.30% refund on print cost if return is not possible. Return shipping charges must be paid by the customer. Damage from use is not a manufacturing defect
For bulk orders, minor issues such as edge curl, small corner bends, or other cosmetic effects from shipping/handling are not considered defects. Only major manufacturing defects will be considered for claims. Maximum liability in any case (including bulk or retail orders) is capped at ₹1000, irrespective of the order size or value.
Damage caused due to use, handling, or storage is not a manufacturing defect.
