Once you have completed the form you will receive information regarding our schedule and important updates throughout the school year. Please make sure you enter everything correctly, especially your contact information.
Our band camp starts on August 14 and ends August 25. We practice Monday - Friday from 7:30 a.m. - 3:30 p.m. at Cosby High School. Once the details of our football schedule are complete I will e-mail a performance schedule to everyone who has registered.

TMB fees are $200 which covers the cost of our two week band camp, transportation to our performances, instruction, music, student awards and our show themed t-shirt.
Please send a $100 non refundable deposit after you have completed the form to reserve your spot for next season. The registration deadline is June 1.
The remainder of the payment is due before the start of band camp. Please contact Mr. Holley for any payment concerns or questions.
Checks should be made out to "Cosby Titan Band". They can be mailed to Cosby High School, 14300 Fox Club Parkway, Midlothian, VA 23112 Attn. David Holley or dropped off at Cosby High School in the main office.
