One is to be kept in the lock box of our office until service ends, (in case of emergency or sitter coverage) one remains with the assigned pet sitter for the duration of the requested service. In order to schedule properly, we please ask that you let us know of any changes or requested additions to the coming week’s schedule, no later than the Friday evening before. Any walks/visits cancelled after 12:00 pm noon, the day before the scheduled visit, will still be included on that week’s invoice. We apologize for any inconvenience this may cause, but we will of course be accommodating of any emergencies such as snowstorms, extreme heat or cold, or sickness. *** A note on extreme weather- If the heat index is too high or it is too cold outside, walks will be limited to quick potty breaks and the remainder of the visit will be spent playing indoors. This is for your pet(s) safety. Things such as breed, health/age of dog, and coat will also be taken into consideration on warmer days, and visit may be altered as described above. Scheduling- Visits can be requested in 2 hour blocks. (Meaning we would arrive somewhere within that time frame. "Lunch visit" block is 12:00pm- 2:00 pm, meaning the dog walker/pet sitter would start their visit somewhere within that timeframe, afternoon 2-4pm etc....) Invoicing- For invoicing purposes, a week is considered Monday through Sunday. Invoices are emailed and are due upon receipt. A $10.00 late fee will be added to the invoice if unpaid by the two week mark, and then again every week it remains unpaid. *
