What types of items will you be selling at the event? 
Vendor tables are $200 each, and include 2 total admissions. Up to 4 total vendors may enter the event early (if everyone is together), however anyone over 2 people must pay for admission. *PayPal is the only accepted method of payment for vendor tables*
Vendor tables are approximately 8' x 3' and include 2 chairs.
I understand that event setup is from 9-11:30AM, and that my vendor table & passes expire if not checked in before 11:30AM, and no refunds will be given. This is to ensure that all vendors are checked in and have adequate setup time before doors open for general admission at noon.
Please note: If you are a vendor and plan on driving a vehicle with a trailer or a vehicle larger than a cargovan, you must contact us before paying for your vendor table so that we can find you an alternate load-in method. The rooftop & ground parking of Huntington Place are not accessible via box truck or trailer.
I understand that this is a sneaker & streetwear event, and it is strictly for sneakers, streetwear, and related items to be sold. I understand that all food/drink sales are prohibited. I understand that the sale of any illegal/age-restricted items, or items unrelated to the event are prohibited and will not be permitted in the event. I understand that all items at the event must be 100% authentic, and not fakes or variants of any kind. Those caught with unauthentic merchandise at the event will be removed without refund.
I understand that any setup requiring the use of power tools is not permitted within the event. Any larger setups requiring labor or the use of power tools must contact us in advance for a general contractor contact. 
*Vendors are not permitted to setup tents within their space without prior approval.
Table location is first come, first served at the event. Spaces are only reserved for sponsors and vendors who signed up early with 4+ tables. Please note that no special requests for table location can be made, and table location is given when you check-in at the event.
I understand that submitting this application does not guarantee me a vendor table. Vendor applications will be processed in the order that they are submitted. If your vendor application is approved, you will receive an email within 48 hours containing payment & vendor information. *Please make sure to follow payment instructions and send us a confirmation of payment, name on account payment was sent from, and email for tickets* **You must email us payment confirmation to receive tickets**
