This application is for all student clubs, organization, and individuals who intend to host an event or activity on or off-campus through Campus Life. This includes, but is not limited to, ASGWC Executive Student Council, ASGWC Student Senate, ASGWC Committees, Student Clubs and Organizations, and individual student events.

Please submit at least FOUR (4) WEEKS prior to the event or activity to allow for proper planning and organizing.
