The program aims to build the capacity of MSMEs to apply adaptive approaches – such as strategic management planning, accessing finance, credit risks and inventory management, digitization of operations, goods, and services, and market and business line diversification – to proactively manage and expand their businesses. The program aims to enhance MSMEs’ (especially Women-Owned Businesses) ability to successfully navigate the current pandemic and develop systems to build resilience against future shocks.
