量子井字棋大賽說明
📢 量子井字棋大賽正式開跑！(Quantum Tic-Tac-Toe Competition is Officially Launched!)
台灣物理學會與國立台灣科學教育館攜手舉辦 「量子井字棋大賽」，以慶祝 2025 國際量子科學技術年（量子力學誕生 100 週年）。本賽事將先進行地區賽，再由各地區冠軍晉級全國決賽！
The Taiwan Physical Society and the National Taiwan Science Education Center are co-hosting the Quantum Tic-Tac-Toe Competition to celebrate the 2025 International Year of Quantum Science and Technology, marking the 100th anniversary of quantum mechanics. The competition will consist of regional tournaments, with winners advancing to the national finals!
📌 比賽流程與獎勵( Competition Process & Rewards )
🔹 地區賽( Regional Tournaments)
- 各個場地之比賽時間請詳見填表時場地標示的日期。
- 參賽者將獲得 台灣物理學會頒發的參賽證明。(All participants will receive a certificate of participation issued by the Taiwan Physical Society. )
- 前三名選手 可獲得 獎狀 及 精美量子棋套件。(The top three competitors will receive certificates and a premium Quantum Tic-Tac-Toe set. )
- 各區最大報名上限256人。並依據各區域賽的報名人數，0-16人(2^4)取一名； 16-32人(2^5)取兩名； 32-64人(2^6)取三名晉級全國決賽；依此類推...。並由台灣物理學會補助 來回台北科教館的車資（高鐵普通票或台鐵自強號）。(The maximum number of participants per region is 256. Advancement to the national finals will be determined based on the number of participants in each regional competition:
0–16 participants (2⁴): Top 1 advances;16–32 participants (2⁵): Top 2 advance;32–64 participants (2⁶): Top 3 advance;… and so on. The Taiwan Physical Society will subsidize round-trip transportation to the National Taiwan Science Education Center in Taipei for the finalists (standard high-speed rail tickets or express train tickets). )
🔹 全國決賽 (National Finals)
📅 比賽時間：2025 年 4 月 13 日（星期日）下午 1:30(Date: Sunday, April 13, 2025, at 1:30 PM)
📍 比賽地點：國立台灣科學教育館（台北市）(Venue: National Taiwan Science Education Center, Taipei)
⏳ 報到時間：
請選手於當日下午 1:00 前至 科教館大廳比賽場地檢錄，並攜帶 身分證、居留證，或其他附有照片的有效身分證明 以確認與地區賽報名身分相符。 (Check-in: Competitors must check in by 1:00 PM at the competition area in the main hall of the Science Education Center. Please bring a National ID, residence permit, or other valid identification with photo to verify your identity against the regional tournament registration.)
🏆 獎勵 (Prizes) (全國決賽)
🥇 冠軍：獎金 10,000 元 (Champion: NT$10,000)
🥈 亞軍：獎金 6,000 元 (Runner-up: NT$6,000)
🥉 季軍：獎金 3,000 元 (Third place: NT$3,000)
🏅 殿軍：獎金 1,000 元 (Fourth place: NT$1,000)
PS : 決賽前四名選手 須提供 通訊地址資料 以完成報稅登錄程序。
🏆 決賽當天將進行冠軍戰與季軍戰直播！(The championship and third-place matches will be live-streamed on the day of the finals!)
🎁 所有決賽選手 可獲贈 台灣物理學會與中華郵政聯名推出的「量子科學與技術」紀念郵票小全張 一份！(All finalists will receive a limited edition "Quantum Science and Technology")

比賽採單淘汰制，每場對局原則上限時 10 分鐘，由主辦方統一計時。
比賽開始後 5 分鐘，主辦方將進行第一次提醒。
8 分鐘 時，進行第二次提醒。
若 10 分鐘內未分出勝負，裁判將 啟動限時機制，規定每位選手須在 30 秒內完成棋步，直至決出勝負為止。
地區賽報名截止日期：
1. 比賽日期在2025年3/ 22(六)、與3/23(日)者，截止時間為3/19
晚上12:00整
2. 比賽日期在2025年3/ 29(六)者 ，截止時間為3/26 晚上12:00整
Regional Competition Registration Deadline:
For competitions held on March 22 (Saturday) and March 23 (Sunday), 2025, the registration deadline is March 19 at 12:00 AM (midnight).
For competitions held on March 29 (Saturday), 2025, the registration deadline is March 26 at 12:00 AM (midnight).

地區賽比賽之時段與地點將由地區賽主辦單位於比賽前三天以E-Mail或是簡訊提供。(The time and venue for the regional competition will be provided by the regional organizers via email or text message three days before the competition.)

📢 地區與全國賽參賽者需提供 身分證、居留證，或其他有效身分證明 以驗證比賽資格。
*1.台灣物理學會、台灣科學教育館、與各地區賽主辦單位保有最終修改、變更、活動解釋及取消本活動之權利。(The Taiwan Physical Society, National Taiwan Science Education Center, and regional organizers reserve the right to modify, adjust, interpret, or cancel the event at their discretion.)
*2.活動辦理期間，如有破壞會場秩序與活動進行、有礙善良風俗、或是嚴重干擾他人與公眾之行為且屢勸不聽者，主辦單位將有權邀請司法警察相關單位介入干預，以維護活動場地秩序。(During the event, if any participant disrupts the venue, violates public order or morality, or seriously disturbs others and refuses to comply after repeated warnings, the organizers reserve the right to request law enforcement intervention to maintain event order and venue discipline.)
