KC Angels 14 B/A 2026-2027 Tryout Registration

KC Angels 14U, based in Blue Springs, Missouri, are entering the 2026-2027 season with a solid returning core and are looking to add a few key pieces as we continue our progression toward higher-level competition.

Our goal is simple: Get 1% better every day.

We focus on developing confident athletes, strong teammates, and competitive softball players in an environment that balances growth, accountability, and family.

While our roster is taking shape, all positions will be considered for players who demonstrate strong character, work ethic, and a desire to compete.

Private Indoor Facility – Blue Springs

Winter Training Facility – Grain Valley (January-March)
  • Shared indoor training facility for winter practices and skill development 
Outdoor Practices
  • Hidden Valley Sports Complex
  • Structured, high-repetition practices focused on fundamentals, softball IQ, and game situations
2026-2027 Season Overview Tournament Schedule
  • 3-4 Fall tournaments
  • 8 Spring/Summer local tournaments
  • One Summer travel tournament (location TBD)
League Play
  • Blue Springs Competitive League
  • Two league games per week during May
Practice Schedule

August - October

  • Two team practices per week at Hidden Valley

January - March

  • One indoor practice per week at our Grain Valley training facility

April - June

  • Two outdoor practices per week at Hidden Valley

Year-Round

  • Voluntary hitting opportunities at our private Blue Springs facility

Player Fees

Non-High School Players: $1,650
High School Players: $1,250 (reduced due to limited fall participation)

Player fees include:

  • Tournament entry fees
  • League fees
  • Outdoor practice fields
  • Indoor winter training facility
  • Private indoor facility access
  • Voluntary hitting opportunities
  • Team-building activities

Uniform Package (Purchased Separately)

New Players: $100 (Required)

Includes:

  • Home Pinstripe Jersey
  • Away Pinstripe Jersey

Returning Players: Purchase replacement jerseys only if needed.

Talent matters, but attitude, effort, and accountability are equally important.

Family-First Philosophy

We believe players perform their best when softball complements family life rather than consumes it.

To help maintain balance, we typically:

  • Play every other weekend whenever possible
  • Avoid holiday weekends whenever possible
  • Do not schedule tournaments on Mother's Day weekend

Our goal is to provide a competitive softball experience while still respecting family time and commitments.

Age Eligibility

Per 2026-2027 USSSA Fastpitch age eligibility guidelines, players must be 14 years old or younger as of August 31, 2026.

Roster Size

We plan to carry a roster of 11-12 players for the 2026-2027 season.

Private Tryouts Available
If you cannot attend a scheduled tryout date, private tryouts are available upon request.
