This form is for application to the internal computational genomics course.

Tentative syllabus is as follows:
Day 1: BS-seq background, alignment and quality check
Day 2: Genomic data integration and visualization
Day 3: Differential methylation and methylome segmentation

We will provide teaching compute environment set up with required programs.

Please account for 9:00 to 18:00 days although we will probably finish earlier.
