If you're interested in being interviewed one-on-one and/or participating in workshops with community members exploring death, end-of-life care, grief, and more, please fill out the form below, noting your questions and preferences. I will be writing a new play inspired by the interviews and workshops. A public reading will take place in June in Beacon, NY and online virtually. All are welcome to participate in the reading, but it is not a requirement.
