This form is to be filled in by anyone wishing to join the Women in Hockey Officiating Network including the WhatsApp Community (subject to EH safeguarding rules)
The network is open to anyone in England, we welcome allies but do ask you join the network with the our values in mind and are here to support the development of Women in Hockey Officiating.
We are also open to U18s, however certain aspects of the network such as joining the whatsapp community are currently not open to U18s due to our commitment to safeguarding.
