FOUNDATION BARBELL Program Registration
Registration for the next Olympic Weightlifting and Powerlifting program blocks (July, August, September 2018). For Foundation CrossFit Members! (Please email us if you are not a member)

Fill out the following form if you plan to participate in either program during any of the second cycle. Ideally you'd see all three blocks/microcycles through, but it's not necessary.

First block (July) begins on Monday 6/25
Second block (August) begins on Monday 7/30
Third block (September) begins 8/27

If you've registered for any of these, you do not have to re-register again for the next block.
