Bargaining Campaign and Strike Preparation Survey

The bargaining campaign is over and a new contract ratified. This was a historic campaign in many ways - from the shock of OUS’ proposed takeaways to the fight for meaningful cost-of-living adjustments and full steps, from the collective actions we took to show we were prepared to strike to the ratification vote meetings. We built our unity and strength from start to finish. Your Local 085 Executive Committee wants to keep up the positive momentum and is reviewing the campaign to capture what did and did not work well. As an active member, you can help by filling out this survey by the end of the day, Tuesday, November 19th. We will compile the information and use it to prepare for the next negotiations. Thanks!
