Arts Coordinators are assigned by the principal. For accountability and management purposes, please assign only ONE Arts Coordinator. If this is not possible the position can be shared. SUBMIT FORM for each Arts Coordinator TO THE ARTS DEPARTMENT by Wednesday, September 13, 2023 . Please go over this form with your site principal and have them submit it for your site. The stipend of $2,500 will be connected to the successful completion of the elements below and they will be verified by your site principal at the end of the Fall semester and the Spring semester, for a payment of $1,250.00 each semester.

Mandatory Meeting Schedule for 2023-24 School Year, by agreeing to this position you will attend all meetings Times 4:30 pm to 6:00pm. You also agree to participate in the CityWide Youth Arts Festival either hangs and/or event. Please check all the boxes as a confirmation that you have the dates, add them to your calendar, if the situation changes in the future please give written notification to both the Arts Department and cc your Site Administrator of why you can not attend. Missed meetings will be deducted from the stipend. *

Attend three (3) site-based meetings of either an Arts Resource Team (ART) meeting and present the state of the Arts briefing at a Faculty Meeting as outlined on page 11 in the Arts Equity Plan

To be the main communication for my site and the SFUSD Arts Department and create a newsletter and/or maintain a location at my site where the Arts Department Events can be prominently displayed.

To collect images of student art and performances for the Arts Department and submit them accordingly.

To collect data about the arts at your site as requested by the Arts Department central staff.

Participation or help in the Visual Arts install/deinstall and /or participation at the Citywide Youth Arts Festival on April 27th, 2024.. The stipend will be reduced by $350.00 if I do not participate.

When I cannot perform each of these tasks. I will reach out to discuss it with at my site or in the Arts Department
