Kindly note the following:
- Summer Camp is open to children ages 2 to 10 and availability is limited.
- Your child's spot in the program will be reserved for the weeks selected in this form and invoiced accordingly.
- Your child's participation in the program will be confirmed when payment in full is received by the invoice's due date.
