New Club Proposal
This form is only for proposing a new club. In order to propose a new club, you must first have a NAHS staff member willing to advise your new club. Once you have a NAHS staff member willing to advise your club, please submit your information on this form. Our Building Leadership Team meet every other Thursday at 3:00pm. You will be notified after a BLT meeting of the decision regarding your club.
