Volunteer sign-up; Groton's Got Talent
Groton’s Got Talent is returning for its third year on April 14, 2018. The success of this annual event relies on volunteer participation, before, during, and after the show. The Jr/Sr PTO is seeking volunteers for the items / positions below. If you are able to help, please indicate what you would like to sign up for and return the form to either Hayley Wheeler at the High School or to Angela Conger at the Elementary School by April 6th.
I would like to sign up for (check all that apply)
Photographer: needed to take pictures of contestants for People’s Choice voting bags and during the show.
Set-up for the show: 9 am – 12:30 pm
Stage help: Help performers set up & take down any equipment for their act
Back stage chaperones: Keep performers in back hall quiet and line up acts according to program
Bake goods to sell at the concession stand
Donation for raffle
Work concession stand: Before show or During Intermission (please circle preference)
Runners: collect judging rubrics from judges between acts / relay messages between back stage, organizers, and stage crew
People’s Choice table: Set up & watch over voting table / count ballots
Clean-up / Tear-down
