This is the AIR Honors Project training/course Application for Fall 2024.  This application will help us enroll you within the honors project training/coursework.  Additionally, we require a separate Parent/Guardian form giving consent for their students to participate within the course.  
This short supplement is to gather necessary student information to provide to our instructor so they may better serve our students.  Your email address listed on this supplement will serve as your username for your academic portal, therefore, your email cannot be used by other students.
