Arc Science Fellows Program This program incubates scientific innovation by enabling exceptional early-career scientists to transition to a principal investigator position directly after their doctoral training. Arc Science Fellows will be independent group leaders who pursue research agendas with a combination of innovative technologies, originality, and risk that are unlikely to be supported by traditional funding sources. Leadership training, full salary, and research support are provided to support the Science Fellows in this role.
