Wilson Community College Curriculum Graduation Application
Graduation applications must be submitted during your last semester before completion or by March 1 if you plan to participate in the May graduation ceremony.
The graduation application process includes the following steps:
• Meet with your academic advisor to verify that all degree requirements are, or will be, completed at the end of the term for which you are applying for graduation.
• There is a $25.00 application fee that must be paid even if you are not planning to participate in the May graduation ceremony. The fee can be paid by going to the Business Office located in Building F, Room 101 or by calling 252-246-1259 or 252-246-1412.
• Graduation applications will NOT be processed until the fee is paid.
• Once your graduation application is processed an email will be sent to your student email account notifying you it has been processed. If you plan to participate in the May graduation ceremony you will be required to show this email to the Bookstore staff before you are able to order/purchase your cap and gown.
